Updates and ongoing data backup
We regularly introduce security updates and new features. Database backups are created hourly and stored for 180 days, while data backups are performed twice daily. All backups can only be restored by our support team—on request at a specific date or time specified by our customers. This request must be submitted in writing via a support ticket.
